The Chicago Wind Chill Erased my Tan today

So, we are getting some lovely weather here. It is currently -4F outside. Temp conversions are here. Outlook is here. Today is zero F high with -25F windchills. That is -31C!!!!!!. We just had a 60C turnaround by coming back from Aust!
