Well, all I can say is I have learned some lessons:

• Don't delete backups that are emailed to you regularly
• Don't trust your host provider to do ANYTHING related to decent backups.

So, I lost the blog:(. The saving grace is I still have all the photos up on flickr. You can also see the photos through this blog at the photos page. This is still work in progress. I probably haven't added a few things yet that used to be here. I have ordered a decent external backup hard drive so I will be more diligent from now on! The bad news is that most people will need to re-subscribe. In the meantime, Amelia has turned 3 months old! To celebrate, she has started sleeping a lot more at night - yay!!
